Payment not working???

    Trying to check out with a plan, first error was:
    The transaction was declined. Please contact support quoting error AXLZNE.

    Second one was:
    Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Sorry to hear it! Our forums staff isn’t able to resolve this, but if you haven’t already done this once, please reach out directly to our Payments team for assistance.

    Just use the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.” Your request will reach the right eyes, with the right info. Thank you!
