Payment plan help!

  Hello, I paid for an annual plan for my website last September but I don’t know what’s happened. My website is still live but when I go to edit it, it says I have to paid plan and I can only edit mydomainname.wordpress.com rather than mydomainname.com. Please can someone help??

  Hi –

  It sounds like you’ve just signed in to a duplicate account rather than the one where your upgrade and site are connected. Can you tell me which site you’re trying to work on?

  Hi Lizkarkoski, thank you so much for your response and you were absolutely right! I had no idea I had 2 accounts. Perhaps you might be able to help me with something else – I had a blog years ago on wordpress, and despite no longer paying for it, my current website has somehow synced to it. So when I log in, the account is with myolddomain.com rather than mycurrentdomain.com. Any ideas for this one? Thank you for your time and help!

  From the dashboard you should be able to toggle between the 2 by clicking on My Sites -> Switch Site
