I’ve using a private products.
I made a mistake for payments.I thought you charged a fee incorrect when i saw the message.
But it was my fault.I want to cancel my objection to a bank.
You’ve now fine a 15USD to me.
I was wondering if you could you can cancel it.

Hi Joo –
I’m not entirely certain that the dispute has been cancelled because I still see it on our side. Can you confirm that it has been cancelled with the bank? Once that happens we can proceed.
