    I have already paid $96 on WeChat, but the product has not been upgraded, and I have not purchased the record in my account. What should I do?

    Hi there,

    I’m not sure what you mean.

    Are you trying to upgrade your WordPress.com site? If so, the only way to do that is to go to My Site ->Plans, add the plan you want to the cart, and then pay via our checkout flow.

    We do not have any affiliation with any service called WeChat, and any payment you made via that service was not to us.
