Payment problems

  Hello, I have a request on you. I paid you the money (3O USD) for custom design plugin today just a few minutes ago. There has been some error on your site during the payment…so I refreshed the site and find out that the money has been charged from my bank account (can send you print screen if you want) but the custom design plugin is still locked – you didn´t notice my payment!! modelaznehtu.wordpress.com – my account.   thank you but this is not an answer on my question … :(

  My problem is that I want to upgrade my word press for “custom design”… This “custom design” costs 30 USD so I paid them for this.. And there was an error during the payment processing, the page dissapeared..So I refreshed it …and find out that they charged the money (30 USD) from my account but they didn´t upgrade it!!! and they still want from me to send them another 30 USD!

  What I suppose to do???
