  Hi,
  I am from the Maldives Island and the payment service providers such as Paypal, Stripe etc do not give services to Maldives. Hence, I have a Stripe account under my US based Limited Liability Company (LLC); which I use for shopify also. Similary, can I used this stripe account with wordpress – please note I am a Non-US person located in the Maldives. I do business online using my US based LLC and I have an EIN as well.

  I am interested in wordpress to setup a travel agency website.

  Hence, please clarify for me whether I can use my Stripe account?

  Are you looking at using Stripe as the payment processor for an ecommerce site that’ll be hosted by WordPress.com?

  If that’s the case, then it’s not up to us. We’re only providing the hositng for your site/shop. The payment gateway that you’ll use depends on whenether your business is eligible or not. That’s something only the tax authorities of the country that you’ll be conducting business with can help you with.
