  Quick question about ordering purchases:

  It says my order is $96 and monthly is $8. How will it be deducted in my credit card? Monthly or the full sum of $96?

  Yes, upgrades are charged annually (or for 2 years) in advance. There are no monthly payment plans at WordPress.com.
