Payment Refund

Hello
Unfortunately you were unable to host my own web domain name (www.lifeinbalance.uk.com) and therefore my site had to be deleted (early last week). The member of the support team who assisted me confirmed that they would refund my plan payment (I had upgraded to Business in order to make use of plug ins). I have not yet seen a refund to my credit card. Please could you advise when I am likely to receive this. Many thanks. (p.s. I have been able to take advantage of the WordPress system via my alternative domain host which is great!). -

Thanks for getting in touch. I’ve reviewed the account. Here’s what I can see:
We’ve processed refunds on all of your purchases as of July 25th, July 27th and July 29th. That money typically only takes 10 days to reach you. At this point, my suggestion is to check in with your bank on their individual processing times. There are occasions where they hold the funds for 1-2 billing cycles before releasing it, and of course, we have no control over their protocols.
The concierge session of £44.10 is not eligible for a refund as that session was completed.
