Payment refund

    Hello! I recently purchased the WordPress premium plan but as soon I got it, it didn’t have the functions that I wanted on my site so I opted for refund.
    But it has been 4 days since that and I haven’t received my payment yet.
    Kindly help.

    Hi there,

    Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account. So, give it a week and if you’re still not able to see the fund, then you’ll need to follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
