Payment refused

  Hello,

  I tried to take out an annual subscription – .fr domain registration and when paying I received the following message : “La transaction a été refusée. Veuillez essayer une autre carte.” (in english : “The transaction has been refused. Please try another card.”).

  I have tried with several cards and it still does not work: I am still getting the same message. I contacted my bank who told me that they did not block the purchase and even that they did not receive the purchase request.

  Can you help me please ?

  Hi there,

  It is possible that this error message would occur is any of the card details was entered incorrectly. Can you try again, and be sure the expiration date, credit card number, and 3 digit Card Verification number are correct before submitting to make sure that your card will be accepted.

  If you continue to have issues, please let us know the last 4 digits of the card you used, so we can take a closer look.

  I tried again, verifying my card information, and the same error message appears.

  Hello,

  I eventually used another way to pay and it worked! I did a bank transfer with my paypal account instead of the credit card.
