Payment required?

    The plan offered to me that I want to go with said it’s free for the first year. I clicked on the plan and was presented with other plans to choose. I clicked to continue with the free plan that was offered to me. Now the site will not let me sign up for the ‘free for the first year’ plan without paying $19 today, day one. Why is this advertised as free for the first year when I have to pay to sign up? And how can I get a hold of real customer service instead of this run around on forums?

    You did misread our plans. It’s clearly stated the domain and only the domain is free for the first year when you buy a paid plan.
