Payment taken for no reason

    Hi a payment was taken from my account for a domain that no longer exists and I would like my money back. Details are Scarlettpimperneldotcom my email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    The account you’re using to post here has never bought anything from us, and we don’t even have a credit card on file for you that we could have charged.

    Scarlettpimperneldotcom is not a domain, and the domain scarlettpimpernel.com has never been registered with us – that domain is currently registered with GoDaddy.com.

    If this is for scarlettpimpernel.com, please contact GoDaddy directly for help. Or if it’s a different domain, please provide the correct domain and we can take a look.

    Correction: the domain, scarlettpimpernel.com, was registered with us, but was transferred away from us in December 2017. That domain belonged to a completely different account than the one you’re using to post here.
