Payment taken from bank

    Hi , we had £99 taken from our account by WordPress on the 21/10/19 and we don’t know what this is for , what account etc
    Would someone please get in contact

    £99 would be the cost of a premium plan and domain, but the account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any upgrades, and the last payment you made to us was December 2017 for an upgrade that has since expired and been removed from your account. You can see your full transaction history for this account here:

    If you’ve been charged, it’s for an upgrade on a site that belongs to a completely different account. If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
