Payment taken which should not have been

    Hello
    I am confused. My domain name maininthekrowd.com had auto-renewal off. plus my only associated credit card had expired. So how did you take £15 for a domain renewal off my updated card ending 2471 in june? I did not want to renew.
    I finally found the domain deletion button and deleted it today. I also removed the expired card.
    So
    1. Can you assure me no further payments will be taken?
    2. Can you assure me my card ending 2471 is no longer assocuated (because I cannot see it in my account!)

    Sure, that blog was associated with a startup that unfortunately was killed off by Covid, I have a new startup and we are blogging there now – and there is no direct overlap of audience focus
