payment to upgrade to paid plan not being accepted
-
Hello,
We tried to use our corporate AMEX card to upgrade our account in order to do domain mapping, however the payment page is not accepting our card payment. We are a branch office based in the U.S. and the currency type shows EUR, not $. This is because our virtual network environment (VPN) is hosted in our main offices in Germany and your payment system may be defaulting to EUR because of that, so perhaps this is an issue that could cause a payment problem, or maybe not – please advise for the best way for us to proceed. When we fist set our blog up many years ago, we were likewise using this same kind of VPN system hosted in Germany, so maybe it has something to do with the blog settings.

Hi there,
I’m sorry for the trouble! I see that after posting this message you successfully upgraded your site and mapped your domain there. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)

Thank you, this has been resolved now, once I went to a payment page that allowed me to select the correct country for the transaction.

I am trying to upgrade to the premium plan but am being repeatedly told that the transaction is denied when using a MasterCard business credit card in good standing after submitting all the correct information.

@egbertstarr — To avoid confusion, please start a new forum thread with your question. Thanks!
