    What kind of credit card can my website take? Does WordPress charge transaction fee?

    On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

    WordPress is just the software used to build your site, and WordPress.com is a hosting provider for that software. If you want to take payments via your site, you’ll use a payment gateway service to facilitate that, and those services typically charge a transaction fee. You’ll need to find out from specific hosting providers what their fees and conditions of use are.
