    I checked purchase and history and it seems that everything is cancelled but WordPress keeps on taking payments second year and got no refund or confirmation. This needs to stop now

    Oh no! That’s super frustrating. The account you used to post here has been deleted. I reviewed it and there have never been any purchases made from that account.

    This means that you must’ve had another account at one point where the purchase was made originally. That’s the account we need to get you signed in to in order to evaluate the refund and cancellations and make sure everything is all set.
