  we already have an account under wordpress premium and I am trying to set up an alternative website with woo commerce to for people to make advanced purchases for an event that is being held at our establishment. what process do i go through to get premium on this account as well

  Your account shows you purchased the Business plan for dwtsatrefinery2017.wordpress.com but have since cancelled it. This site is now using the Free plan.

  If you want to use WooCommerce here on WordPress.com, you’ll need to purchase the Business plan — this is the only plan that supports custom plugins.

  what process do i go through to get premium on this account as well

  With the Premium plan, you can use Simple payments to create and embed credit/debit card payment buttons on your site:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/simple-payments/

  Simple payments can also be used on sites with the Business plan too.
