Payment with my Paypal account does not work

  Hi,
  as I own a customer domain, I have tried to purchase a domain mapping on WordPress. After adding the domain mapping in the WordPress basket and selecting Paypal as payment method, I am redirected to Paypal login page. Then, I enter my credentials and accept payment conditions, but after this action I am redirected to WordPress page with my item still in the basket. No payment occurred, even if I have enough money on my Paypal account. How can I solve this?

  Hi there,

  Sorry for the trouble! We have had other reports of PayPal payments for domain mapping not working, and our team is investigating that now to find out why that’s happening. I’ll let you know as soon as I have an update about that.
