Hello, I paid about $130 to you guys in May this year (2021), I had the HARDEST time trying to even get my website up and running. I spent months trying to figure it out.. I tried reaching out to wordpress support, tried going through the dreamhost support (where my domain is from), and got nowhere. I’d really appreciate my money back since you all had me going in circles wanting to rip my hair out for months. I went to wix, spent probably 1/4 of that, and I got my website up BY MYSELF in literally TWO DAYS. I have not used wordpress since May. It is now July and I haven’t received any response from the last time I reached out….
Thank you. I will keep an eye out for your reply.The site I need help with is shoplotusbrands.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

We have absolutely no history of a $130 charge under the account you’re currently logged into.
