  I made a payment of $96.00 on 11/06/19. But, WordPress doesn’t show payment rec’d. The payments were made thru PayPal. Where do I send copies of the transaction so I can get this matter cleared up?

  Hi Pete –

  The account you are writing to us from has never made any purchases on WordPress.com. I’m guessing the charge was made under a different user account. Do you know the site URL connected to the plan?
