    Besides the secured payments methods is there any other way local people can effect payments with things like mobile money?
    Can I get help from an expert with wordpress to set up my blog at a cost?
    Because I need a business plan and I need my weblog to look more professional

It’s always best to check first with the specific payment processor you want to use whether they have an official WordPress plugin, but otherwise there might also be third party plugins available that you can find by searching the official WordPress plugin directory at https://wordpress.org/plugins/, or Google or any other search engine to also find plugins not listed on WordPress.org.
