Payments disabled

hello! Payments are currently disabled on my website. It was recently infected, and I’ve cleaned up the website and changed the information and now my website is clean. But my payments are still disabled and my plan expires tomorrow. Can payments be re-enabled?
I also noticed anytime I access different word press accounts that it gives me the same issue for my device. Please help.
