Is there any plugin or way to integrate payoneer with my wordpress blog for donation?
I m new to wordpress so please let me know about any plugin if there is any?quick response will be appreciated.

The only donation button you can post on a WordPress.COM blog is described in this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/
There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

sorry if i could not conway my message properly. Actually its not free blog, i meant my website for an NGO, i m using wordpress as its back end, my core question is i want or need to search any plugin that i can use for donation, integrated with Payoneer (no paypal). Thanks

Okay then that mean you are posting to the wrong support forum. This is the WordPress.COM support forum. You need to post to the WordPress.ORG support forum for help with your site because it is not hosted by WordPress.COM.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different logins and features > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
