paypal button not working after following steps

  Hello,

  I am having trouble making the Paypal button work on my website. I follow the steps, but it is not showing up properly. It shows the image and that is all, not what the button is for at all like with the title. I need two on one particular page – one $15 and one $30.

  Can you please help me?

  Hi Hannah,

  Just to confirm, are you following the steps on our PayPal support page?

  Also, can you tell me where you’re trying to add those buttons? (If you haven’t published the page yet, you can save it as a draft and I can take a look at it that way.) That will help me understand what’s going on for you.

  Hello,

  Yes, I have followed the steps on the Paypal support page…

  I have added them to this page – it is published and didn’t know how to change/update it without publishing so they are just on there not correctly… yes they ‘work’ – but how does a customer know what they are for without pressing them? It doesn’t look right…

  Thanks, I see what you mean. The PayPal button you can add to WordPress.com sites is just a “Buy Now” button like that, without any extra information. If you’d like, you can add text above or below each button to explain what each one is for.
