Paypal error: forced to add credit card

    When trying to buy my domain, it says in Paypal that I have to add a credit card. But I have enough on my Paypal account, so I shouldn’t have to add a card and just be able to pay like that, right?

    Hi there,

    Paypal sometimes requires you to add a credit card to your account, even if you have enough money in your Paypal account to pay via Paypal. That requirement comes from Paypal, and WordPress.com can’t change that. After you add the credit card to your account, you’re welcome to pay via Paypal with your Paypal balance — you don’t have to use the credit card.
