PayPal fee not adding on

  Dear Sir,

  I have been having problems recently with the PayPal tool I use on my site. Where as before when ever a customer checked out the tool would add a fee to use PayPal it is no longer doing it. I am aware there are plugins which need updating, however before when older pluggins were updated the problem was still occurring, thus I cannot see a correlation between the two. All boxes to add the fee on have been ticked and I am really baffled as to the reason why it still isn’t working.

  Could you please shed some light on the situation? And possibly check the back end of the site if necessary.

  I don’t see any sites linked to your WordPress.com account salestdc. What is the site you’re having trouble with?

  Please keep in mind that WordPress.com staff can only help with problems like this on sites hosted at WordPress.com. If your site is a self-hosted site (using the software from WordPress.org with a different host) you can get help with this issue in the WordPress.org forums.
