Paypal Refund

I’m seeking a refund, I never intended to use WordPress. I initially opened this account on June 26, 2017. Monies to renew this membership was taken from my PayPal account on May 27, 2018. Why did you charge me for renewal of membership, when the initial membership has not yet expired? I tried using the ‘How do I get a refund’ option however, I have no credit cards on file with WordPress. The payment was taken via PayPal.

This was a renewal payment for the Premium Plan and domain, flapsflips.blog. All plans are renewed one month before expiration to prevent your site going down due to an expired domain should something go wrong with the renewal payment. This is explained in our renewal terms you accepted when buying the upgrade, and we sent you an email about a month ago to warn you that the renewal date was approaching.

It looks like your payment has already been refunded, though it might take a few days to reflect in your PayPal account.
