Paypal Shopping Cart Button Difficulties

  I have tried twice to copy the html code for the Pay Pal Shopping Cart Button into my blog page. It only reports the information in the button, not the button itself. Pay Pal online help suggested that there may be a particular protocol for wordpress that is not typical for Pay Pal. Please assist.

  I’m afraid e-commerce isn’t possible here at WordPress.com.

  If you require e-commerce/shopping cart functionality, you might be interested in a self-hosted (WordPress.org) installation. There are no restrictions on e-commerce if you set up a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a WordPress.com blog, but there are some added responsibilities.
