Paypal testing

  Hi, Im very new to wordpress and web building etc and although i seem to have done ok i cant work out how to test my paypal payment option. (i used the block editor to add it)
  I tried clicking the link etc but as my paypal log in was the same (being the seller) i couldnt do it.
  Any help in laymans terms would be great.
  ps. i dont undertand html code either.
