PDF file I want to remove online

  Hello. I have previously uploaded a pdf before in a blog post which I eventually remove lately. I have also deleted the file in my library, but when I check the links in other media platforms, the pdf is still downloadable. May I know to remove it so that it will not be downloadable or readable to anyone anymore? Thank you.
