PDF FILE WON'T CROP

    I’m trying to add a PDF file to my media library. It seems to upload but freezes when cropping.

    Hi there,

    It looks like you successfully uploaded a handful of PDF files right around the same time you sent this message. You can find uploaded files by going to Media > Library in your dashboard.

    If the file you were trying to upload isn’t there, or if you’re still having trouble with the PDF files you uploaded, please let me know and I’ll be happy to help further. :)
