PDF still live on Google after deleting

  Hi,

  I have removed a PDF file from the media library. However it can still be loaded on Google.

  Is this to do with the WP cache? If so, can this be escalated and removed please? It is urgent.

  That said…

  Generally, Google takes some time to update their search results. How long does that take? Only Google knows. But eventually their system will realize that the file no longer exists and update their results to reflect that fact.
