Pelase, help me to close my account!

I tried to pay for some charge back, but that is not working. And, I want to change my site to prive, or change others setting, but all of that is not working. I also cannot open the stats.
So, I just want to close not only my site, but also my account.
Please, help me!

I checked on our end and did not see any missed transactions. To clarify, you are on the checkout page here but not able to proceed when you add your credit card info?
I just want to close not only my site, but also my account.

I tried so many time with that steps too. But, it is still not working. Please, is there any staff from wordpress could help me to close this account?

Yes, that is the site that I want to close. When I choose the menu “close your account permanently”, the feedback is always “Sorry, there was a problem closing your account. Please contact support.”

I don’t understand why after you checked there is nothing problem with this site. But, from here, when I opened it the menu susch as “Stats” also is not working. I cannot see anything statistic from my sodiastory.wordpress.com . And, when I want to pay, after I put the credit card number , the page is just stay and nothing is processing.

You shouldn’t be seeing that message – may I ask you to clear the browser cache and re-attempt that.

I tried to clear the cache of the browser. And, want to do some transaction and the feedback is “One or more transactions linked to this site were refunded due to a contested charge.”
And, I also still cannot close this site, or this account.

This is happening because last year, you filed a chargeback against us for the payment of your site’s plan. When you file a chargeback against us, you are accusing us of fraud, which causes the funds to be frozen and your site to be locked. You can see more information here:

Since your site is now locked, it prevents you from closing your account. Unfortunately, we cannot help with such issues in the forums, so you have to reach out to our Payments team at

Thank you very much for your information. A few weeks ago, I was send an e-mail to the Billing Support too. And the answer is
“Hi,
Thanks for reaching out. We reserve the right to limit purchases on WordPress.com sites, so payments will not be allowed for this account.
Your site is online, and you may use it on our free plan for as long as you’d like without additional upgrades.”
And about clossing my accound the answer also is same like in this forum. But, the steps that I follow is not working for me.
That is why I am written in this forum.
