People are requesting to view my private site, but I am not receiving them.

    I have made my Word Press site private to protect my students. When they submit a request to view my site, I am not receiving any notifications or emails. When I go to manage the ‘people’ who can view my site, requests from people do not show up. Am I missing something? Where can I view/ manage the people who are requesting to see my site?

    Hi –

    It sounds like you may have set the site up on a different account or email address. Please confirm the site URL so we can have a look at that for you.

    Another thing is to double check your spam and other folders with in the email client itself. Add WordPress.com to your contacts to prevent those messages form landing in the spam.
