people cannot sign up for blog posts

  How do I enable the email sign up? No one including me(!) is able to sign up to receive my blog posts. Help!

  The site I need help with is ledajewelco.wordpress.com.

  Actually the site is http://www.ledajewelco.com it is on WordPress with woo commerce. The site listed is my old blog site.
