people can't access my site, and I lose all data on my account.

    I have used the website for our restaurant menu page.
    Since today, customers can’t access the site.
    they get this kind of message below.
    “Private Site
    This site is currently private. Log in to WordPress.com to request access.”

    if I log in to WordPress, I can’t see the contents of my site.
    even payment method is empty and having errors on admin page.
    I need my site back ASAP.
    this is a really urgent issue.

    Your wordpress.com site is indeed set to private. But on google I found another site, https://www.dionysusdtcgvco.com/. That site is up and running but isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. That’s why you don’t see it over here

    Hi there!

    It looks like your Business plan expired yesterday, and because that removed all your plugins and third-party themes, your site was set to private, so you get a chance to control what’s being displayed.

    This does not, however, control how you see your dashboard. If those pages don’t load, try clearing your browser cache. You can find here more information on how to clear the cache depending on your browser:

    You can also try another browser and see if everything loads correctly there.
