  people have to give their names an e-mail account just to click I like or to comment or share it. I would like people enter and press I like without giving their names or so

  Hi there,

  Please note that the like functionality is specifically for WordPress.com users, so it would be necessary to login. As for leaving comments, I see that you removed the mandatory Name/Email and the need to log in, so you should be fine on that front. As seen here I can comment without a name/email being mandatory:
