permalink editor not available before publish

    hello.
    I cannot find the ability to edit the permalink as soon as I create a post, meaning before publishing and save to draft.
    I don’t even want to save the draft, but instead I want to edit the permalink and publish right away.
    could anyone help me with this?
    I’m using “oceanwp”

    We can’t be much of a help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. But it is wordpress (com and org) standard behaviour the permalink is generated when you save a post or page as draft or publish it. The permalinks is generated according to the title of the post or page.
