Permalink option or button is not showing up under settings

  My page is not found. Is it a permalink issue.? I tried to see if its a permalink issue, but I cannot see ‘permalink’ under settings .

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  What site are you referring to? I am not seeing a page is not found message for mrfreelanceservices.wordpress.com, I can visit the site without issue. In order to change permalinks on WordPress.com, you must have the Business Plan:
