Permalink Rewrite issue

  Hi,
  I have set my permalinks from ‘default to ‘post name’ and it is giving a 404 error message when viewers try to view these links from their mobile device. I found this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qxka7P2hV0c

  which addresses the issue I am having, however I am unaware of where I need to re-write my code (as instructed at the 2:00 mark) It would be a tremendous help if someone could assist me with finding this.
