Permalinks settings missing

    I want to change the permalinks settings on my blog goldresearcher.com. The WordPress help and all articles out on the internet say Settings->Permalinks. However, my settings menu does not have a permalink option. Please explain me how to get to this menu item?

    Hi there, changing your permalinks is an option only available on self-hosted WordPress sites, and isn’t something that can be changed here on WordPress.com.

    To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.
