    The site I need help with is experiencenewfoundland.wpcomstaging.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

    Hi there!

    For you to be able to close the account, we will need to revert your site to the state it was before you uploaded the first plugin.
    You will likely lose all content added afterward, but I guess you don’t mind that since you’re looking to close the account.
    Could you please confirm you are okay with that?
