    I ACCIDENTALLY PERMANENTLY DELETED ABOUT 10 FILES FROM MY WORDPRESS PAGE AND I NEED TO GET THOSE FILES BACK. DO YOU HAVE THEM ON FILE ..IS IT POSSIBE TO GET EVERYTHING I PERMENENTLY DELETED ON AUGUST 16,17 2021

    If you simple deleted those files, they stay in Trash for 30 days. After 30 days they get purged from trash. If you deleted them yourself from trash, there is no way to get them back.

    Hi there!

    It’s not possible to restore deleted files. Deleted posts and pages go to the trash where they are held for 30 days. But if you deleted images or other files from your site, they cannot be restored.

    You can try using something like the Wayback Machine to see if a copy of the page was saved so you can get the images back that way. But note that it’s a third-party service and we can’t guarantee anything there.
