Personal Bundle purchase refund

Dear Sir/Madam, On Monday 17th October I purchased a personal bundle upgrade for aboveandbeyondtuition.uk for £30. Receipt ID: 20597004 Transaction ID:9TT10807FY0054621.
On the same day Monday 17th October I cancelled this upgrade for a refund but have only been given a refund of £19. RECEIPT ID 20603003 TRANSACTION ID7X332465VR025982Y
I do not require the domain and would therefore like to request a full refund including the remaining £11. i have cancelled the domain already but no refund has been issued and the instructions stated that I would need to contact support to get the remaining £11 refunded.
