  There are no private comments, only public comments, but you can create an email contact form: http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/

  Also if you set your comments to always require to be approved by a moderator then all comments need to be reviewed by you so that turns all your comments into private until approved – but better to use the Contact Form as noted above
