i want to know that if i purchase personal plan then
1. how much bandwidth?
2. does any hacker attack and destroy or alter the pages?
3. google adsense supported?as i am new, i am also confused that people say somethig like secure your wordpress admin and etc things and to enter in dir etc codes to secure, so do i need to do that or if i purchase your plans then i just have to focus on writing the blog pages and you guys do everythig. please reply

All WordPress.com sites have unlimited bandwidth, regardless of plan.
The only way a “hacker” could gain access to your site is if you gave them access, either by adding them as a user, or by using an insecure password they can easily guess. You can read a bit about security on WordPress.com here:
We do not allow Adsense on WordPress.com, but you can apply for our own ads program, WordAds, provided you have a custom domain and meet our minimum traffic requirements.
The advice you’ve heard online mostly apply to self-hosted sites using the WordPress.org software. On WordPress.com we take care of software updates, backups, security, etc.
