Personal Theme Upgrade was deleted

  There was a miscommunication with someone who was helping me with my website. Consequently, my subscription to the Personal Theme (at a cost of approximately 35 USD) was deleted. How can I retrieve my Personal subscription, which was only started in November 2016? I can provide proof of purchase to the WordPress Staff…
