Pfp not changing

    Hi there! I’m trying to change my profile picture but it just won’t work! I’ve tried on my phone and pc and also multiple pictures. Please fix the issue.

    * Try logging in from a different browser.
    * Follow the steps here once you’ve done the above: https://wordpress.com/support/manage-my-profile/#my-profile

    If the profile picture still won’t change, please share some more details:

    * Do you see any error messages or something after you upload the new profile picture?
    * If you see any error messages or something that seems to be broken, please take a screenshot and upload it to your media library at https://wordpress.com/media – we can take a look at that to understand what’s going on.
    * What’s the file format of the image you’re uploading? And how large is the image itself (in terms of file size)?

    We’ll be happy to dig into it further once we have more information.
