Hello there. I have a company called Webnames which I pay to host my website, pgtutor.ca. A few years ago, I created a site through Word Press. It is out of date. When I try to long in, using my email (email visible only to moderators and staff) (which is what I thought I used for word press), I am finding that my wordpress account is empty, with no trace of my published site. Can you please help me figure out where my pgtutor.ca data is actually being hosted within wordpress, and how I can log in if I forget the credentials to edit the site? email (email visible only to moderators and staff)

The only account that has ever used pgtutor.ca on WordPress.com is the account you’re using to post here. That domain has not been connected to WordPress.com since the domain mapping upgrade linking it here expired in February 2017. That domain was connected to the WordPress.com site, https://pgtutordotca.wordpress.com/, which is the only site this account has ever owned with us.
Our logs doesn’t show that any content was deleted from that site, so while the domain was connected to that site, it doesn’t appear that you ever had any content on that site with us.
The site currently at your domain has no connection at all to WordPress.com. That site is hosted at Webnames.ca, as you also mentioned above, so if you’re trying to access that site, please contact them directly for help.
